Greetings from the Mayor

Dear visitors to the Stockstadt Recorder Festival and Early Music enthusiasts,

As the mayor of the Stockstadt community, I am very pleased that the continuation of the Recorder Festival has been secured through the appointment of the new event organisers Silke & Joachim Kunath and the artistic director Maurice Steger by the festival founders, husband and wife team Eva and Wilhelm Becker.

Thus, in 2019, there will be the 34th edition of the event, which has become an integral part of our municipal cultural calendar for many years.

I would be happy to welcome you again from the 30th of May to the 2nd of June 2019 in the Altrheinhalle in Stockstadt am Rhein.
