The international recorder quintet Seldom Sene is celebrating its 10th anniversary with a concert programme featuring some of their favourite pieces of music. Prepare to be surprised by the quintet’s performance of a mosaic of brilliant compositions from the past 500 years, among them superb Renaissance motets and divisions, sparkling baroque counterpoint, moving early twentieth-century organ music and irresistible rhythms from Sören Sieg’s brand new Suite Mathongo Amnandi.
