By car, it’s a 4-minute drive from the premises. Walking distance: about 20 minutes.

Turn left as you leave our premises to stay on Insel-Kühkopf-Straße. Continue to Hintergasse, turning right further on to reach Weedgasse. Then take a left into Hintergasse. Follow this road for 800 metres and then turn right into Friedrich-Ludwig-Jahn-Straße. Rossmann drugstore is 400 metres up the road on the right-hand side.

• First-aid kits are located at the information desk at the entrance to the concert and exhibitions halls, and with the catering team.

For those who don’t wish to walk too far, the Greek restaurant Mythos can be found right next to the concert hall.

Where can I have a quick rest?
Chairs will be made available on the playing field where you may relax and soak up the sun. It’s a perfect time to enjoy a cold beverage which you can purchase from our crew.

I have lost /found something. What should I do now?
Our lost-property office is located next to the Festival Information desk. Here you can hand in any found items and (hopefully) also be reunited with lost items.

Are there luggage storage facilities?
Yes, you can store your luggage in designated areas in the concert hall foyer. Please note that we cannot guarantee the safety of your luggage.

Where can I park my motorhome?
There is parking available right in front of the Altrheinhalle (but there is no electricity and no emptying facilities).
You also have the option of staying at this campsite located about 2 km away: Naturfreunde Bootshaus.

Please book your spot as early as possible, preferably by the end of the year.

Where is the railway station?
The station is located 900 metres from the festival premises.

Turn left as you leave our premises to stay on Insel-Kühkopf-Straße. Continue to the Hintergasse/Weedgasse crossroads. Turn right into Weedgasse and continue straight ahead to Kirchstraße. Kirchstraße curves to the left and then turns into Lindenstraße. After 100 metres, you will see the station on the right-hand side.

By car, it’s a 9-minute drive from the premises.
Walking distance: about 30 minutes.

Turn right as you leave our premises to stay on Insel-Kühkopf-Straße. Then take a left into Sudetenstraße. Now take a right into Oberstar towards Biebesheim. Go straight at the roundabout towards Stockstädter Straße. Continue to Rheinstraße and then turn left into Neugasse. Then turn left into Wilhelm-Böttinger-Straße. Next, turn left at the next crossroads into Riedstraße and take another immediate left and then another immediate right, ending up back on Stockstädter Straße. Now you’ve taken a ride around the block to ensure you’re on the right side. The EDEKA supermarket is 350 metres down the road on the right.

You can also get to the supermarket by bus. Just catch the number 45 bus from Stockstadt town centre towards Bar-le-Duce, Griesheim, and travel for 3 stops before disembarking at Stockstädter Straße, Biebesheim am Rhein.
