To ensure that wind instruments can be safely and hygienically tested throughout the exhibition in 2026, the organisers provide three VIR-X® disinfection units free of charge for exhibitors and visitors. These systems use a combination of special UV-C radiation and ozone to achieve fast, effective and material-safe disinfection of woodwind instruments, inside and out.

VIR-X systems are widely used by leading instrument-making workshops and European conservatoires and music universities and meet the highest standards of hygiene while protecting delicate materials.
